Career:
Mr. Hermann is an environmental professional with over 8 years experience in the analytical field, supporting academic, government, and commercial projects.  Field sampling and waste site characterization, project management, laboratory operations management, data analysis, quality assurance, and documentation preparation describe some of the most valuable skills Mr. Hermann has gained during his professional career.

Mr. Hermann currently serves as a Field Technical Representative (FTR) for the Groundwater Remediation Project (GRP) at the Hanford site, where he acts as the field sampling technical authority on waste site characterization projects.  This position interfaces with project managers and field managers to ensure all sampling activities take place under safe, efficient, and compliant conditions.

Previously, Mr. Hermann was a team member of the Mission Completion group tasked with completing the baseline risk assessment of the 100 and 300 areas as part of the River Corridor Closure (RCC) contract.  This work included waste site investigation, document preparation and review, participation in public/trustee workshops, hazardous substance research, reporting compilation, and sub-contractor representation.
