Career:
Mr. Brouillard has over 27 years of professional experience in geology, hydrogeology,  environmental site characterization and remediation.  His experience includes providing project management for numerous hydrogeologic investigations, as well as RCRA- and CERCLA-regulated site evaluations and remedial actions. Mr. Brouillard has had extensive involvement in the preparation of documents submitted to state and federal environmental agencies, including work plans, remedial investigation reports, feasibility studies, data quality objective summary reports, sampling and analysis plans, waste management plans, quality assurance and quality control project plans. As a project manager he has designed and implemented site characterization studies and remedial actions involving soil, soil gas, surface water, and ground water.

Mr. Brouillad’s field experience includes managing drilling operations in a variety of geologic environments that have required the use of mud rotary, air rotary, cable tool, or hollow-stem auger drilling.  His field responsibilities have included the design and installation of ground water and vadose zone monitoring wells, borehole lithologic logging, conducting surface and subsurface geophysical investigations, and geologic mapping.

Mr. Brouillard is a registered Professional Geologist.
